Wheatgrass is the young grass of Wheat Plants. This plant provides numerous health benefits to human beings. 

Wheatgrass started it’s popularity when Charles F. Schnabel conducted studies about this plant way back 1930s. He started to use this grass in order cure his dying hens.

Wheatgrass juice which is also called as “Liquid Sunshine” because of it’s high content of chlorophyll. This juice is said help reduce the symptoms of sore throat when gargled.
