Definition of stress differs from one person to another. However, in common, it is often described as a feeling of being overloaded, not feeling good, mental pressure, tense and worried. We all experience stress in our daily life and its unavoidable. Some people feel stress in their office work, students in college, women in home, its a part of our life and is normal response to any type of change.
Stress are of two types good stress and bad stress. Yes, believe me, there is a good stress and it is called as "Eustress". This good stress motivates us to achieve a goal, the one we always have in mind, but are not able to fight for. 1. Do What You Love: For me, its listening to music on high volume and doing workouts. This has worked for me every time and I literally live a good life. 2. Blogging: I also love to blog on health related topics and it makes me feel good. Start writing on a favorite topic of yours, and see how easily you get rid of this bad stress.
3. Watch Comedies: Love to watch comedies, then what are you waiting for. Watch comedy TV show, movies or Tom & Jerry, all time best. Laughter is the best medicine. Laughing is good for our health in many ways and it makes people feel good.
4. Get Some Sleep: Its important to get sleep as well, so if you are feeling stressed, listen to good music on your phone and try to get some sleep.
5. Visit Religious Places: Helped me many times. Used to sit in temples for hours, used to listen spiritual or religious talks. For many people, this has literally helped. Try it once, there is nothing to lose.
