We all suffer from hair loss and there is no denial with the fact. There could be many reasons for hair fall like dandruff, stress, improper diet, imbalance of hormones, oily scalp and many more. To begin with treatments of hair fall, it’s important to know the actual reason of hair loss. Once you have the reason, you can easily concentrate on the right solutions to strengthen your hair and fight against hair fall.

Following are some effective home remedies to treat hair fall:

1. Know the Reason: When it comes to hair loss, if often starts with the changes that you have with done your hair. For example, if you have recently colored your hair, straighten them out or have started using lots of mousse. If that is so, avoid using them for few days, to see if it helps to stop hair fall.

2. Hot oil Massage: Regular massage of scalp for minimum 20-30 minutes can improve the stimulate circulation, which keeps hair fossils active and fights hair fall. Regular oiling your hair with coconut oil can be of great benefits. For hot oil treatment with coconut oil, heat it up, not too hot, and then massage your scalp for at least 20-30 minutes. Wait for 1 hour, and then wash it up with a good shampoo. This will make your hair smooth, silky and shiny.

3. Get Natural Juice Diet: There are many vegetables juices that can help you to fight hair fall. Some of the best ones that are being used for centuries are: Onion juice, Garlic juice and Ginger juice, for getting positive results in treating hair fall. For best results, using this therapy, massage your scalp with any above mentioned juice and then leave it on overnight and wash it properly in morning.

Studies and researches shows that onion juice works as stimulant in fighting hair fall and strengthen them, by improving blood circulation in scalp. So, if you haven't tried onion juice for treating hair fall, its good to give a try.

4. Meditate or Yoga: From my personal experience, I can say that main cause of hair loss is excessive stress and tension. Too much stress not only results in hair loss, but it also affects our health in negative ways. Regular meditation and doing yoga can help anyone to get rid of daily life stress and tension and to lead a happy life and fight hair fall. If you are not healthy, then how can be your body be healthy and that results in hair loss and physical deterioration. Join a yoga class and meditate regularly to get rid of hair fall and bring happiness in your life.

5. Never Experiment with Shampoos and Conditioners: One of the obvious reasons of hair loss is experimenting with shampoos and shower gels. We all know that shampoos are not natural and consists of chemical products, if used of many types, can damage your hair and that results in hair loss. My recommendation is to use an herbal product which helps regrowth and strengthen your hair at its roots.

Last, but not the least. Avoid washing your hair on daily basis, twice in a week would be great, unless you don't have a date tonight. Wash your hair with cold water, warm water can dry your hair and removes the natural oil from scalp.
